Lomi Lomi Massage technique is a Hawaiian practice which is rhythmic with long flowing strokes; rather than kneading or vigorously pressing into the skin, each stroke has its own flowing style. Working with your body's natural rhythms rather than against it to release emotional tensions as well as physical ones! Lomi Lomi is a holistic experience that aids both physical and emotional health.

You will be invited to set an intention for the massage, snuggle under deluxe cotton towels with a warm wheat bag. Your body will be nurtured with warm organic oil and your choice of organic face oil for a super nourishing face and head massage.

Absolutely the best massage I have ever had (and I have had hundreds). The studio is beautiful warm inviting and relaxing. Tarnya is a goddess not only did she reset my body but also mind.
